Remote Support

When time is short and you simply want a problem fixed, we can access your computer from remote – without having to come out to visit you. This is our preferred approach as it saves the most time and hassle for our customers. 8 out of 10 problems can be resolved by remote access and or phone support.

For us to be able to provide you with this service you will need a machine that is connected to the internet. If you are having internet access problems you can call us directly on 01908 90 49 90 and we will asses the situation first. A lot of the time a phone call will help you get back online, if not we are happy to come out to see you.

Cost: £14.98 per 30 min inclusive of VAT, charged in 30 min increments, payable via PayPal (credit/debit card) or BACS. Out-of-office hours, including bank holidays and weekends attract a 100% premium (£29.96 / 30min). Minimum charge is 30 minutes.

On-site Support

For more hands-on work we can come to your home or office (or any other location for that matter). Most problems can be fixed within an hour but the average time required is normally around two to three hours. All work done is guaranteed for 30 days for peace of mind.

If we can see things take longer than a couple of hours we usually offer you a fixed-price quote rather than clocking up lots of hours! For example computer refurbishments are generally charged at a fixed price per machine. Please call to find out more about our refurbishment service.

On-site Support in a nutshell

Cost: £29.98 per 30 min inclusive of VAT, charged in 30 min increments, payable in cash, via PayPal (credit/debit card) or BACS. Weekend, bank holiday and out-of-office hours charged at 100% premium (£59.96 / 30 min). Minimum charge 60 minutes.

No call-out charges during normal office hours (Mo-Fr, 9-6pm), otherwise £19.98.

No travel charges unless in excess of 30 miles from MK2, charged at £0.50 per mile above 30 miles.
