VPS are generally set-up within the hour during normal business hours (9am-5pm, GMT). If you require your VPS urgently or outside office hours, you can request so upon signup or by sending a message to sales via the ticket desk. There may be a small charge for this, depending on what you need. We will try to accommodate your requirements.
We accept UK/EU debit as well as Visa and Mastercards for payment. UK customers can pay via BACS too. EU customers with valid tax ID are exempt from VAT. Please note that these VPS products are not suitable for heavy traffic websites, game servers or adult services or products. Please contact sales for a bespoke quotation.
